Account Deletion & Reactivation Process
Important information about deleting your SEEme account
Submission and Initial Action
- ●Once you've submitted the account deletion form, your profile will no longer be visible on the app.
- ●Your account will enter a temporary deletion phase.
72-Hour Review Window
- ●You will be contacted within 72 hours post-submission with an option to reverse the deletion request.
- ●To reinstate your account to its previous status, simply click on the 'Revoke' or 'Activate Account' button/link provided in the email or notification.
Status of Booking Slots & Wallet
- ●Upon initiating the account deletion request, all your booking slots will be automatically canceled.
- ●Your wallet amount will be inaccessible during this period.
- ●SEEme strongly advises you to complete any pending appointments and withdraw your wallet balance before proceeding with the deletion.
Permanent Deletion
- ●If no action is taken on the reactivation notification within the 72-hour window, your account will be permanently deleted.
- ●All personal data and information provided during account registration will be erased.
- ●Post the 72-hour mark, SEEme will no longer be responsible for your personal data.
Data Retention Post Deletion
While most of your data will be erased upon account deletion, SEEme will retain the following for records:
- ●Past booking history
- ●Past transactions
- ●Information on packages sold or purchased
- ●Chat history prior to deletion
- ●Documents uploaded prior to deletion
Future Communications
For promotional and update purposes, SEEme will retain only your contact information post-deletion.
Important: Please ensure you have completed all pending appointments and withdrawn your wallet balance before proceeding with account deletion. This action cannot be reversed after 72 hours.
