Refund & Cancellation Policy

For Users

1. Contravention of Laws

If it is proven that an Expert/Service Provider/Professional/Associate has acted in contravention of any applicable laws, SEEme shall provide a full refund to the User, subject to an investigation conducted by SEEme.

2. Abusive Behaviour

If a Professional/Service Provider disconnects or discontinues an ongoing session due to the User's abusive behavior, SEEme will not grant any refund to the User, and the matter will be investigated properly by the Admin Panel of SEEme.

3. Personal Queries

Users must avoid raising personal queries such as contact numbers, email IDs, social media handles, pricing, charges, fees, payment details, direct meetings, or addresses unrelated to a specific category. SEEme reserves the right to terminate the consultation/session/service and deny refunds if such queries are raised.

4. Response Time

If an Associate/Professional/Service Provider does not respond to a paid consultation within ten (10) minutes from the scheduled start time or remains unresponsive for more than fifteen (15) minutes during an active consultation/slot, the User may request a refund. Any amounts paid for such consultations will be refunded.

5. Cancellation by User

  • 0 to 12 Hours Before Appointment: If you, the User, cancel your booking within 0 to 12 hours before the appointment, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking amount.
  • More Than 12 Hours Before Appointment: If you, the User, cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the appointment, you will receive a 95% refund of the booking amount.

6. Cancellation by Professional/Associate

If a Professional/Associate cancels at any time before the appointment, SEEme will refund the entire booking amount to the User.

7. Consultation Summary/Prescription

If an Associate/Professional fails to provide a consultation summary or prescription, the User is entitled to request a refund. No refunds will be given if the summary/prescription is provided.

8. Abrupt Consultation

If an Associate/Professional is unreasonably abrupt or completes a consultation/session too quickly, the User may request a refund. SEEme will provide a full refund, subject to investigation.

9. Multiple Cancellations

SEEme reserves the right to permanently block Users from future services if multiple cancellation requests are made for reasons not covered by this policy.

10. Flagging Inadequate Consultations

Users have 24 hours to flag any consultation as inadequate and request a refund. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

11. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, Users should contact SEEme's customer care via toll-free number 1800 309 9879 or email support@seeme.co.in. SEEme will review the request and process the refund, where applicable, at its sole discretion. Refunds will be processed within seven (7) working days from approval.

12. Concerns About Inappropriateness

Concerns about the appropriateness of a consultation will be reviewed in detail by SEEme according to internal policies. Refunds or other outcomes will be based on this review.

13. Final Decision

SEEme's decisions regarding refunds and settlements are final and made at its sole discretion after a detailed review of all relevant information.
